Leaving one island for another - Australia here we come!!!

After much anticipation the time to leave for Australia and New Zealand finally arrived!!! Colleen and I boarded the plane in Honolulu...but not before catching a glimpse of the sweet bathroom sign!
Before we knew it we were on our way to take off and snapped a quick shot before they told us it was time to put the cameras away...

This was it! We were FINALLY going on our month long adventure!!! And many hours, a shared digi-player and wonderful service (free food) from our flight attendant Tristan
we landed in Sydney Airport!

We headed straight for our hostel and discovered the beautiful roof deck where we very romantically watched the sunset and snapped a pic to prove we had made it. Overall the hostel was nice...clean, safe, in a cute neighborhood, but it was HOT! In the middle of the night I attempted to turn on the fan, but was harshly reprimanded by the old German lady in the lower bunk! Ah, hostel living!!!

Tomorrow...we meet up with Paul (more on that story later) and take on Sydney!!!
